The Financial Literacy & Fraud Prevention Programme at R.N. Tagore Inter College focused on introducing students and staff to practical economic management skills. The session included interactive discussions on budgeting, savings, and understanding common financial frauds. Around 250 participants actively engaged in exercises aimed at fostering awareness and encouraging informed financial decisions.
Bareilly Cantonment Board Office, the programme targeted local officials and staff, providing them with tools to detect and prevent financial fraud. The session emphasised safe banking practices, fraud awareness, and effective financial decision-making. Approximately 250 Agniveers attended, participating in discussions and scenario-based activities to enhance their financial literacy
The programme at Bishop Conrad School focused on developing financial awareness among students and faculty through interactive presentations on budgeting, saving, responsible spending, and avoiding financial frauds. Conducted in two sessions on 10th September, each attended by around 125 students from classes 11 and 12, the event engaged nearly 250 participants in total. Real-life examples and practical exercises encouraged critical thinking about financial decisions, while quizzes, discussions, and scenario-based learning made the sessions engaging and impactful, fostering long-term financial prudence.
The programme at Cantonment Hospital was held on 13th September for doctors, hospital staff, and local community members. The session aimed to enhance financial awareness and promote responsible financial behaviour among participants. Around 30–35 attendees, including 5–6 doctors and other hospital personnel, took part in the interactive session. The discussions covered key topics such as budgeting, saving, responsible spending, and prevention of financial frauds. Real-life examples, case studies, and engaging interactions helped participants relate financial concepts to their daily lives, making the session informative, practical, and impactful.
